This system includes the screw fixed 13/25mm PVC grippers (Full wrap/Center/half wrap) 200mm on vertical / horizontal with proper line & level over ply. 500/1000 GSM Sentetic Wadding will be inserted and fabric will be stretch inside the grippers.The shade of fabric can be selected by the client from fabric Category where many options are available.

Installation Specifications
Can be installed on GI metal/ Wooden/ MS frame of 50 x 50mm making a grid of 610 x 610mm c/c. The frame is to be made in proper line after leveling. The panels will be backed with 50mm Polyfibre Acoustic Wadding 1000 GSM inserted inside the grid of 610 x 610mm.

When it is not possible to install wall to wall ceilings than this is a primarily acoustic solutions. Thermofriz Polyester Fibre Sheet Cloud can be installed where we need to control the Eco. This is a kind of decorative material made of polyester fiber as a raw material, which is made by hot pressing and the porosity is above 90%. Shape of the Cloud can be selected by the client.The sound absorption property of the absorbing board is good in the range of middle and high frequency. It have advantages of heat insulation, fire prevention, dust prevention, light weight & no decay, also has better sound absorption effect, high strength, good decoration, convenient construction, environment protection. 

Installation
The Thermofriz Cloud is easy to install because we have specifically made it that way. It can be installed with the help of GI wire suspended to dash fastener M6.
